Readers want results from Sunday’s Galleria-area auction of 27 condominium units at the posh Palisade Palms, on the island’s East Beach. Rhett Winchell, president of Kennedy Wilson Auction Group, reports all units sold. More than 600 people attended the auction. Selling prices ranged from $217,000 to $793,000, Winchell said. Not shabby, considering units previously were priced at $299,000 to $1.4 million. The sales are expected to close in about 30 days.
