Resort at Squaw Creek condos available at auction

International real estate investment and services company Kennedy Wilson will auction 17 furnished condominiums at the Resort at Squaw Creek on April 30.

Starting bids on the one- and two-bedroom condominiums range from $130,000 to $185,000. The homes ranged from $374,900 to $965,900 in 2005 when they first went on sale.

The auction also will feature live online bidding available to qualified registered bidders who are unable to attend the auction and have had their auction-registration forms approved. The event will be broadcast over the Internet. To register, visit http://www.bidkw.com.
