Ski condos on clearance at Squaw Creek

Real estate auction house Kennedy Wilson will be offering luxury ski-in, ski-out condos at the Resort at Squaw Creek in an inventory close-out auction next month.

The auction is of 17 fully furnished condominiums at the Resort at Squaw Creek. Starting bids on the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units range from $130,000 to $185,000. When originally offered for sale, the units were priced from $374,900 to $965,500.

Kennedy Wilson will be running a practice auction and hold a “how to buy” seminar at the resort on April 23.
