Seventeen luxury Tahoe condominiums are going up for auction April 30. Starting bids range from $130,000 to $185,000 – well down from the $375,000 to nearly $1 million price tags they fetched during the boom.

Auctioneer Kennedy Wilson, a real estate investment and services company, is auctioning the 17, fully furnished, ski-in, ski-out condos in the Resort at Squaw Creek. The auction begins at 1 p.m. April 30 at 400 Squaw Creek Road, Olympic Valley. Registered bidders can take part online.

Each condo “is impeccably maintained with slate entries, resort-style kitchens, fireplaces, granite vanities, and LCD flat-screen televisions,” and “picture-postcard views,” according to a press release announcing the auction.

There will be a “how to buy” informational seminar at 1 p.m. April 23 at the resort’s auction information office, 400 Squaw Creek Road. To learn more, visit http://www.ResortatSquawCreekauction.com.
