Newspaper Story: Our client Kennedy Wilson Auction Group  was featured in a story about  an upcoming real estate auction in Seattle Washington.

The remaining 18 condos at the 5th and Madison condo tower in downtown Seattle will be auctioned off on March 28.

The 24-story, 126-unit condo project at Fifth Avenue and Madison Street, across the street from the Seattle central library, opened three years ago. The March 28 condo auction will be held at the Grand Hyatt Seattle and will be coordinated by auctioneer Kennedy Wilson of Beverly Hills, Calif.

Auctioning off remaining condo units is happening more frequently in Seattle. Nineteen condos in the Lumen project in Queen Anne went to auction in July 2009. Developer Schnitzer West LLC auctioned 43 units at the Gallery condo project in Belltown and 40 Brix condominium units on Capitol Hill in September.
